How Shield Operates
Shield is not a collection of tools dropped into your environment. It is a structured operating model that takes your environment from current state to fully operational and then keeps it there.
The Engage team serves as your single point of contact, coordinating service delivery across all three modules and maintaining alignment between your team and ours. The Joint Security Committee is the governance body where your leadership and ours meet to review the program, evaluate risks, approve policies, and set direction together.
The Shared Responsibility Model documents exactly where Sentinel Blue's obligations end and yours begin, so nothing falls through the seams.

Unlike many managed security providers that contract their SOC out to a third party, Sentinel Blue operates its security operations in-house. We manage the whole program ourselves. That means faster response, tighter integration, and a team that actually knows your environment.
